Axial flow drum infinitely variable speed, replace concave plate and clear screen can be used to harvest wheat, corn grain, soybean, sorghum, millet, one machine multi-purpose, all-around harvest.Using Yuchai 190-horsepower high pressure common rail engine, equipped with multi-working mode high-speed operation harvesting efficiency, good economy of rotational walking.Use 300L large capacity tank to ensure long time continuous operation.
Efficient threshing and cleaning mechanism
High efficiency threshing separation: adopt the new design of 610mm large diameter threshing drum and 245° large package angle single longitudinal axial flow threshing separation technology; the axial flow drum adopts stepless variable speed mechanism, matching two gear gearbox, the drum speed range 260-1200rpm, can realize the harvesting of wheat, corn grain, soybean and other crops.
High-efficiency cleaning: use widening type double-directional vibrating screen, cleaning area up to 3.4m², clean, no grain lose.
Heavy Duty Chassis and Super Drive
Enhanced 800 series front axle with closed heavy wheel side reducer, high reliability and applicability. The gearbox adopts hydrostatic driving technology and is operated lightly.
The driving wheel adopts 15-24 flat flower tire, optional 19.5L-24 high flower tire, the guide wheel adopts 10.0/75-15.3 flat flower tire, choose the original factory four drive, muddy field adaptability is better.
Intelligent Electronic Systems
The cab is equipped with an intelligent electronic system, which can monitor the rotation speed of the drum, fan and hoist in real time;The multi-function handle can integrate one-shot control cutting table lift, wheel lift and walking speed.
Integrated display of reversing image and grain unloading image; and the speed control of the reel adopts the electronic control stepless variable speed device, which can be adjusted in the cab.
Reliable transmission mechanism
The middle shaft of threshing adopts thick high strength alloy steel material, long service life, and the belt axle end adopts high strength type clasp hub, which is reliable and durable.
The main clutch transmission adopts heavy load five-joint belt, and the axial roller transmission adopts cog belt, which has strong bearing capacity and high reliability.
Efficient grain unloading
The grain tank has a capacity of 2.7m³, strong endurance and high operation efficiency; horizontal hydraulic grain unloading height reaches 3.2 meters, optional 4.2 meters high grain unloading, wide adaptability; optimize the effect of augur transportation, grain unloading speed, smooth without blockage, the time is shortened to less than 90 seconds.
Driving Comfort
The performance of sealing, shock absorption and noise reduction in the cab is improved to a new level; considering the ergonomic design, the operation layout is more reasonable; adopt the high-grade interior decoration, and configure the original factory air conditioner, the refrigeration effect is good.
