The multi cylinder diesel engine was newly developed by Changfa for engineering machine, it adopted advanced turbocharging and combustion matching technology, which has good economic performance and low emission. The key parts are analyzed by computer CAE technology, and it has good characteristics of high reliability, low fuel consumption and convenient maintenance, it's ideal power for engineering machine.
Advantages:
It is specially developed according to the characteristics of engineering machine to meet the power range from 25 to 120 horsepower. It has rich configuration, low-speed high torque, strong idling load capacity, low-speed torque reserve up to 30%, and strong horsepower.
It adopted domestic advanced air heater and high-power reducer to meet the requirements in severe cold areas. It takes 3S to reach the rated speed after idle speed loading.
The fuel system adopts the technology of electric control VE pump and electric control unit pump, with stable quality, low noise, large market share, low maintenance cost of parts, and quick cost recovery. The key parts were analyzed by computer CAE, the stress of parts is more reasonable, and it has passed the rigorous durability test.
With small pressure chamber, low inertia p-type injector, high-performance turbocharging technology and advanced combustion matching technology, the comprehensive fuel consumption is 8% lower than competitive products. And according to the actual use of engineering machine, the new design of fuel system and intake air quality, make it more combustion, more powerful power.
